1. Returns

1.1 Return Timeframe

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund.

1.2 Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are missing components.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Opened or used products (except in the case of defective items)

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

2.2 Refund Amount

The refund will be for the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping charges. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion and the total value of your return drops below the free shipping threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2.3 Partial Refunds

If your return is not in its original condition, or is damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee. This will be assessed once the item is returned and inspected.


3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility

If you would like to exchange an item for another, the returned product must meet the return conditions outlined in section 1.2. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your exchange as soon as possible.

3.2 Exchange Process

To exchange an item, contact our customer service team at info@photolinzo.com to initiate the process. You may need to place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item according to our return instructions.


4. How to Return an Item

4.1 Requesting a Return Authorization

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@photolinzo.com or call (724) 222-6909 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns require an RMA to be processed correctly.

4.2 Shipping Your Return

Once you have received your RMA, securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories, manuals, and any other components that came with the product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.2 Refund or Replacement

Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong item shipped).
